June was Summer Camp Month

School is out and that means it's time for summer fun!  This month we packed our schedule with lots of fun Summer Camps.  We had Manga Art Camp at the University of Utah for Maeve, week long Outdoor Camps for Owen and John at the Ogden Nature Center, 4-H day camps for Owen and John, Young Men's Camp in Southwestern Utah, near Cedar City, for Dustin and Owen, Young Women's camp at Bear Lake for Maeve, and FSY Church Camp at Brigham Young University of Xavier and Maeve. John and Diana had a week of fun activities with Mom in Salt Lake City while we waited for Maeve at her weeklong Manga art camp.

It a definitely a fun and busy June!  Everyone had a fantastic time at their different camps.  We loved all the time we spent outdoors and learning new things!  We can't wait for next summer to do it all over again!

Owen learned to repel at Young Men's!  How Fun!

Checking out the signs in Salt Lake with Mom.  John, Diana and I had the best time visiting This Is The Place State Park with Grandma Phillips and learning all about the Mormon Pioneers.  We also had tons of fun visiting the Hogle Zoo, Red Butte Gardens, The Hansen Planetarium and caching a laser shower featuring the music from K-Pop Demon Hunters, and of course, just having the best time together on the beautiful car trip with Maeve there and back again up past East Canyon Reservoir and Emigration Canyon.  What a fabulous week for us all!

The Children's Garden at Red Butte was a BIG hit.  The kids adored climbing trees, playing in big sand pits, and making new friends in a beautiful garden.

 I hope summer never ends!
