Cornelius Chronicles

 Xavier, Maeve and I went with Xavier's preschool class on a field trip to the local Armand Bayou Zoo.  We fed lots of cool animals from the back of the train ride, had a pony ride, and had lots of fun in the petting zoo.  It was a fun morning of animal fun followed by an afternoon of much napping and smiles.  We also got to go to the Freeman-Memorial Library and check out some of the local fire trucks, as well as meet some local fire fighter heroes.  It was super fun to crawl all over those big, bright red trucks and check out the exciting fire gear up close.  ***** Funny Xavier Conversation from the Week: Xavier:   Can I play puter (computer)? Maeve really got the hang of Easter Egg hunting this year.  She was super jazzed to discover that the brightly colored eggs held candy inside!  Yum!  Why find more eggs when the one you have has marshmellows that need to be eaten inside!
