More John

John is growing so fast and learning so many new things.  All that activity makes a growing boy tired, but what's a kid to do when his favorite place to sleep is in his Daddy's strong arms?  Make his Dad hold him while he naps and Daddy works, of course!  I love this tender moment. Dustin and John are just crazy about each other.  So  sweet.

John has also turned into quite the marker ninja.  He can cover his whole body in ink in only a manner of seconds.  He's amazing!

John learned how to climb out of his crib, and there isn't any room for another toddler bed in the boys' bedroom yet because the home remodel is still in progress, so we did the next best thing.  We set up his crib mattress on the floor and made a nice little space cowboy bed role for our little cowboy.  The best part is that he doesn't roll out of bed, but the hardest part is that he now stays up super late partying with the big boys when he should be sleeping.  Silly John.  We can't finish this home remodel soon enough!

John has also learned how to play "peek a boo."  It's super adorable and he truly believes we can't see him anymore when he covers his eyes. :D
